About Hannah Lunow

My Story
I am Irish/Malaysian, and have lived in Ireland, Thailand, India and Denmark. I am currently situated in Spain. I am fluent in English and Danish, also speaking Spanish and Thai.
Throughout the last 7 years of diving deep into understanding and healing my own emotional, mental and physical health issues... I became obsessed with growth and gaining more knowledge on nutrition, natural health, fitness, understanding the body/mind connection and how changing our mindset can result in living a fulfilling life.

I wish to share the knowledge and life experience that I have gained from many thousands of hours studying anatomy, the body, nutrition and self-development while I had support from therapists, life coaches and mentors. This has guided me to finding my purpose, which is to support others on their healing journey where they live from a place of love.

Reconnect to yourself in a deeper, healthier way.
Discovering how the present is colored by your life history helps you see and become more aware of your behavior patterns, if you are not aware of them you are governed by unconscious choices and reactions to people and situations, rather than acting from a more conscious part of yourself.

Together with myself and coach Caolina, a Gestalt therapist, Life Yoga and Meditation teacher, we will help lead you to get to know yourself is to create self-love and enable healthy relationships with yourself and others.

Our Accommodations

The apartment has four comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest toilet. There are two large terraces and access to a shared pool in the courtyard. The apartment is bright with large windows and airy open spaces. There is Wifi and AC/heating in all rooms. It is furnished and equipped so that you can feel at home.
