About Hannah Lunow
My Story
I am Irish/Malaysian, and have lived in Ireland, Thailand, India and Denmark. I am currently situated in Spain. I am fluent in English and Danish, also speaking Spanish and Thai.
Throughout the last 7 years of diving deep into understanding and healing my own emotional, mental and physical health issues... I became obsessed with growth and gaining more knowledge on nutrition, natural health, fitness, understanding the body/mind connection and how changing our mindset can result in living a fulfilling life.
I wish to share the knowledge and life experience that I have gained from many thousands of hours studying anatomy, the body, nutrition and self-development while I had support from therapists, life coaches and mentors. This has guided me to finding my purpose, which is to support others on their healing journey where they live from a place of love.

Our Accommodations
The apartment has four comfortable bedrooms, three bathrooms and a guest toilet. There are two large terraces and access to a shared pool in the courtyard. The apartment is bright with large windows and airy open spaces. There is Wifi and AC/heating in all rooms. It is furnished and equipped so that you can feel at home.
